Location of the villa
Surrounded by nature, these two villas enjoy a very quiet environment. They are located in Le Marin village, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful south beaches of Martinique (5 to 10km depending on the beaches).
The village "Le Marin", where you will find many shops and restaurants is about 3.5km away.
Property
You arrive at the villas by a shared entrance in tropical garden (with "petanque" bocce balls area ...).
The two terraced villas are very similar although villa 1 has a slightly larger pool and a slightly smaller terrace.
Each villa includes:
- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms with King Size beds (180X200) and their private shower room
- 1 Bedroom on a mezzanine (opened during the stay) with 2 single beds and a private shower room
- A living room with a dining area, a sitting area and a modern well equipped kitchen
- An often sunny terrace with small outside lounge and a countryside view (you can see the sea!)
In the backyard of each villa there is a private swimming pool for you to enjoy.

Août 2023L'accueil est très chaleureux, le ti punch dans le frigo, la corbeille de fruits sur la table+accras etc... Le petit dejeuner pour le lendemain: très bien.Maison très propre. Propriétaire pret a répondre avec beaucoup de gentillesse. On ne peut que recommander cette belle villa. Merci egalement a Antilles Exception, a une prochaine fois
