When would I receive my travel vouchers?

Upon reception of the final payment, and at the latest 15 days before your departure, we will send you by email your travel vouchers. How do I enter the premises?

The owner or his legal representative welcomes you and proceeds to the inventory of the rented property (rules of operation, handing over of the keys, remittance of the damage deposit ...). Travelers often arrive late in the day and can be a little tired. In order to "lighten up" the arrival, the inventory is often succinct. In this case, you must imperatively report any missing or damaged item, in writing within 24 hours of arrival.

Who is my referent on the spot during my stay?

During your stay, for any question concerning housing or to report a malfunction, you must contact the owner or his legal representative.

If you do not have a checkbook, you can remit the damage deposit in cash upon your arrival at the property or contact Antilles Exception at +596 (0) 596 784 780 so that we take the deposit by credit card. The damage deposit will be kept by the owner or his on-site representative for the duration of the rental and will be returned to you the day of your departure or returned by mail within 14 days after your departure, except in case of damages. In the event of damages are noted, the deposit will be returned after deduction of the costs covering the damages, according to the legislation in force.

At what time can I take possession of the premises?

Check-in is at 5pm. In case your flight arrives after 5pm, the owner or his on-site representative will wait for you at your rental property, according to the arrival time of your flight.

The rented property must be vacated at 11am on the day of departure.

My plane takes off at the end of the day, can I stay in the rented property?

Can I have events or parties at the property I rented?

Weddings, parties or other events taking place without the prior consent of the owner and payment of the costs incurred (specific insurance, security service and guarding, catering service, cleaning service, etc ...) are totally prohibited.
