Anse Trabaud Beach Martinique : Pictures and description

Located on the south Atlantic coast of Martinique, between the Pointe d’enfer and the Pointe Baham, the Anse Trabaud beach is perhaps one of the most beautiful beaches in Martinique.

To get there, at the entrance to Sainte Anne, take the small path at the intersection of the D9 and the D9a. The path is in very poor condition, even on foot be careful! On the way, you will have to enter a property where you will have to pay €2.50 toll. But it's worth it, it's one of the reasons for the low attendance at the Anse Trabaud (entry times: from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mandatory exit at 6:00 p.m.).

Stretching for more than a kilometer, the Anse Trabaud beach is often beaten by waves, and therefore popular with bodyboarders and surfers. Most of the time, the current is weak and the waves are safe for children.

In the shade of the small trees bordering the beach, a few wooden tables and benches welcome you for picnics. It is also a beach suitable for hanging hammocks. Very often, at the foot of the trees and shrubs along the beach, you can observe mongooses.

The rentals closest to the beach are accessible via our page on the rental in Sainte Anne in Martinique, but it is in any case necessary to take the car to get to the Anse Trabaud... Unless you are a walking enthusiast or racing!
