Anse Trabaud beachSainte Anne
On the south Atlantic coast of Martinique, Anse Trabaud is very poorly attended due to its access quite difficult. A hard track allows access in about 15 minutes. On the road you will cross a private property at the gate. you will have to pay 2.50 € of entrance fees per car. (Opening hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, compulsory departure at 6:00 pm).
Stretching more than one kilometer long, the coral sand beach is often beaten by the waves, and therefore enjoyed by bodyboarders and surfers. Most of the time, the current is low and the waves safe for children.
In the shade of the small trees bordering the beach, some wooden tables and benches welcome you for picnics. It is also a suitable beach for hanging hammocks.
