The villa is located in the municipality of Sainte-Luce, away from the most touristy areas, in the quiet and residential neighborhood of Ixora. The nearest beach, Mabouya, is just 5 minutes by car (3.5 km) away, and the many other beaches of Sainte-Luce are also very close. A local convenience store is 3 km away (Trois-Rivières area), and the charming fishing village of Sainte-Luce is about 8 minutes away (7.5 km).

The villa is located only 3 km from the main road linking the north and south of Martinique, making it an excellent base for exploring the entire island.

Surrounded by a large and beautiful garden, the 115 m² villa (+ 40 m² terrace) is laid out over two levels.

Upper level includes:

1 attic bedroom furnished with a double bed and a trundle bed, suitable for 2 children or teenagers

In front of the living room and kitchen, the 40 m² terrace features a dining area for 8 to 10 people and an outdoor lounge. It overlooks the secured swimming pool and a large red wood deck with sun loungers and a second outdoor seating area.

In addition to its peaceful, green surroundings, the villa offers tasteful décor, along with high-quality bedding and furniture.

Please note: a small independent unit is occupied by a very quiet and discreet student. It is located under the deck, on the opposite side of the villa, and has a completely separate entrance, ensuring total privacy (you will not cross paths).

Super séjour en famille dans cette belle villa. Mobilier et literie de qualité. Très beaux espaces extérieurs, tant la terrasse que le deck et le jardin. Quartier très calme. Merci à Sandy qui nous a très bien accueilli. On a adoré ! Merci !
