Location of the villa
The villa is in a quiet, residential area on the heights of the commune of Sainte Luce. It stands at an altitude of around 250m in a breezy environment.
Sainte Luce's many beaches and small shops are less than at a 5-minute drive.
Sainte Luce is a fishing village that retains a certain authenticity. It's also a great startin point for visiting Martinique, especially the many beaches along the south Caribbean coast.

In front of the living room, the shaded terrace features an outdoor lounge, a dining area and a small bar where you can enjoy local "Ti punches" and other cocktails!
In front of the terrace, the 5m x 3m swimming pool and sunbathing areas are waiting for you to perfect your tan and cool off.
At the rear of the villa, a second terrace hosts an outdoor living room and a plancha.
The villa is surrounded by a pretty little garden with flowers and fruit trees (mangoes, bananas, guavas...).

Nous revenons de la villa MQSL28 après 12 jours au paradis. La villa est parfaitement équipée et très bien située. Caroline la propriétaire est très à lécoute et Michael le gestionnaire sur place est très réactif. Nous étions en famille et navons manqué de rien ! Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
