The villa is on the heights of Sainte Luce, on the crest of the hill above the beaches. It enjoys a quiet, residential setting and exceptional sea views, with the bay of Fort de France in the distance on one side, and the Caribbean Sea and the island of Sainte Luce on the other.
Sainte Luce's many beaches are 1.8km away, accessible by a slightly steep road in at less than five-minute drive.
The first supermarket is less than 2km away, and the pleasant seafront of Sainte Luce is 4km away.

This one-storey 120m² villa (+ 40m² terrace) includes:

Mars 2025De la préparation de notre séjour jusqu'à notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accompagné. La villa est incroyable et très bien équipée et nous avons apprécié d'avoir la voiture prête à notre arrivée. Un grand merci à l'équipe d'Antilles Exception, une équipe très pro avec le sourire en plus.
Janvier 2025Villa somptueuse et très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut mais un peu difficile d accès. Les grenouilles sont un peu dérangeante la nuit mais c'est mieux que d entendre des voitures.
