Séjour inoubliable ! Principalement lié au fait que le produit correspond à sa présentation sur le site mais aussi grâce à votre écoute, votre souci et disponibilité pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement. Maintenir cette exigence sur le produit est un vrai gage dException ! Merci beaucoup Peut-être aller un peu plus loin dans le « kit de démarrage » en fonction des heures darrivée ? Pour nous cela aurait été par exemple, une proposition dune prestation simple de dîner (notre arrivée à 20h45 à la maison) Note particulière pour DENIS Excursion que vous nous aviez proposé : la prestation de DENIS Excursion est exceptionnelle. La journée de dimanche passée avec Denis et son équipe, notamment pour nous, Livio, notre capitaine, a marqué nos mémoires !!!!!!! Denis, une « belle » personne pleine de bonne humeur, de soleil, qui a une vraie attention pour ses clients. Un vrai et profond -Merci- Denis, Nous étions vraiment « bien et heureux » MERCI à eux !
