The villa is located on a vast 97-hectare estate in a very quiet, secluded, and lush environment in the town of Trois-Ilets, in the South Caribbean of Martinique.
Anse à l'Ane beach is less than 700m away. A ferry departing from the Anse à l'Ane pier allows you to reach downtown Fort-de-France in 20 minutes by crossing the bay.
Several beaches are just a 5-minute drive away, including Anse Mitan, Anse Noire, and Anse Dufour.
The "Ranch Jack" equestrian center is within walking distance, and the lively tourist district of Pointe du Bout is about 3 km away.
