Located in a quiet and residential area at the border of the township of Sainte Luce and Rivière Salée, this villa offers a magnificent panoramic view on the south of Martinique and on the Diamond rock. On a clear day, you can even see Saint Lucia!
Its central location allows a quick access to the most beautiful beaches and the main tourist sites of the south of the island between 8km and 12km (Sainte Luce and Le Diamant).
A supermarket and a bakery are located at 2.2km. Other shops are also available in Rivière Salée, at about 4.5km.

MaskSuperbe accueil. Une vue a couper le souffle en direction du diamant et de la femme couché.Propriétaire et concierge réactif , de très bon conseil. Tres attentif au besoin du client .Je recommande la villa MQRS08 nous étions 9 et en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Août 2023Logement très spacieux au calme doté d'une vue magnifique, fidèle au descriptif. Panier douceur à l'arrivée très appréciable. Quelques dysfonctionnements mais propriétaire très réactif. Piscine bien sécurisée.
