Location of the villa
This villa is located in the quiet and residential neighborhood of Pont Cafe in the town of Sainte Luce, in the south of Martinique. The nearest beach, Pont Café, is less than 250m away, and beach Corps de Garde is less than 400 meters away ... A convenience store is nearby (250 m), and the charming fishing village of Sainte Luce is 1.5 km away.
Sainte Luce is located near the national road linking the north to the south of Martinique. It is a very good starting point to visit all of Martinique.

This 220m² two-level villa is decorated with care and refinement.
The upper level includes:

- 1 small lounge, reading area
- 1 large terrace with outdoor lounge enjoying a magnificent view of the sea, the Diamond Rock and the Morne Larcher. The sunsets are exceptional!
The lower level includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and their own shower room
- 1 kitchen with central island, modern and very well equipped
- 1 living room open onto the terrace, furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a television
- 1 separate wc
In front of the living room, the shaded terrace has an outdoor lounge and a dining area with table and chairs ... and always the view of the sea and the Diamond Rock. The secured swimming pool will allow you to cool off after perfecting your tan on the lounge chairs!
