Accessible via an exterior staircase, the upper level is modern and offers high-end comfort:

2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen Size double beds (160x200), spacious private shower rooms, high ceilings, and beautiful red-wood parquet flooring
1 covered terrace (45 m²) featuring a large bar, a lounge area for relaxation or aperitifs, and a large TV... though with such breathtaking views of the sea and sailboats, the TV might stay off!

Behind the villa, a semi-outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a swim in the ocean. In front of the villa, the expansive beach lawn features a carbet (traditional open-air shelter), perfect for relaxing by the water.
