Nestled in the heart of the "Hamak" Residence, this villa guarantees you a quiet and exceptional environment.

Your private beach gives directly on the turquoise blue lagoon of St François ... you are right on the beach front!

The Hamak residence is at less than 500m from the village of St François, its shops, restaurants, activities and its Marina.

Some of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe are nearby, such as La Coulée beach (about 150m) or Anse à la Gourde beach on Pointe de Châteaux (less than a 5-minutes drive away).

Property

This 150m² (+ a 100m² terrace) one-level luxurious villa features:

1 air-conditioned parental suite (+ ceiling fan) with a Queen Size (160cm), and a private bathroom
2 air-conditioned bedrooms (+ ceiling fan), one furnished with a Queen size bed (160cm) and the other with 2 single beds (possibility to bring them together)
1 shower room
1 restroom
1 very well equipped kitchen with pantry
1 big living room, open onto the terrace
1 gazebo with sofas and an stationary bicycle
1 large terrace with sofas, coffee table, table and chairs for meals.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi, private beach and turquoise blue lagoon will be part of your decor throughout your stay. An exceptional decor!!!

Please note: Construction work has recently begun in the vicinity of the residence. To date, we do not know the exact duration of the work, nor the extent of any noise or visual nuisance that may result.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris à notre arrivée à la Villa. Gilles, le concierge nous attendait. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, avec beaucoup de conseils. Nous avons trouvé la maison encore mieux que sur les photos, surtout l'extérieur de la maison. Maison très fonctionnelle. Je pense que nous revenons en Guadeloupe, sans aucune hésitation, nous louerons la même maison, de part son emplacement (proches commerces, sa fonctionnalité, son point de vue, sa plage de sable blanc privée) Nous avons passé des vacances magiques. Merci

Nous sommes dans notre 5 ème séjour dans cette maison de rêve. Tout correspond en tous points dans ce que nous attendons. Le confort est total. Chaque année, nous trouvons quelques améliorations même si c'est difficile d'améliorer le confort de cette maison paradisiaque. Depuis 5 ans c'est notre rendez vous incontournable avec le paradis sur terre! Merci à notre hôtesse et à la gentillesse et l'efficacité de Gilles. Notre seul espoir est de pouvoir vivre encore plusieurs années cette parenthèse paradisiaque dans cette si belle maison.
