Location of the villa

The villa is located on the heights of Oyster Pond, a preserved village in Saint-Martin, which borders the sea and offers wild nature. It is the ideal starting point for hiking trips.

The most beautiful beaches of the island are not far away: Orient Bay, famous for its water sports, kite surfing and beach bars, as well as Galion Beach with its surfing and windsurfing base, are at a 15 minute drive.

Dawn Beach is just a 5 minute drive away. Just a 10-minute walk from the villa, at the bottom of the hill, you will find: a traditional restaurant also offering breakfasts, a crêperie and a well-stocked grocery store. A pizzeria is a 5-minute drive away.

A 15-minute drive away is the village of Grand Case, famous for its beautiful white sand beach with calm, turquoise waters, gourmet Creole and French restaurants, beach bars and sunsets.

Property

Perched at the top of a hill, the villa offers a splendid panorama of the ocean and the wild hills of Saint-Martin. To access it, you pass through a gate which leads to a small residential subdivision, at the end of which nestles the Villa, surrounded by wooden fences.

The villa is made up of 2 wooden buildings surrounding the patio with a small private swimming pool of 4.50m x 3.50m in which the magnificent pink frangipani of the property is reflected.

The first building includes:

A 20m² living room opening onto the patio and the terrace, naturally ventilated by the trade winds
A kitchen installed directly on the covered terrace
A 50m² covered terrace facing the sea and the hills
An air-conditioned 20m² bedroom with a King size bed (1m80) and with a direct access to the swimming pool
A full bathroom

The 2nd building is a wooden hut located on the other side of the swimming pool. It includes:

An air-conditioned 16m² bedroom with a King Size double bed (2mx2m)
A full bathroom with sea view, and even a tree growing inside

The Villa is a real holiday home full of charm in the tropics with a breathtaking sea view over the wild Galion Bay.

Cet endroit est un rêve et nous en garderons toujours de bons souvenirs. Positif : Bel endroit avec une vue magnifique et un hôte très sympathique. Jolie partie résidentielle de l'île avec accès aux plages. Nous avions beaucoup d'espace et d'intimité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent une belle vue/un bel endroit. Négatif : Il faisait anormalement chaud à cette époque de l'année, donc je visiterais probablement pendant la saison morte. Quelques problèmes techniques pour sécuriser le dépôt, mais l'hôte a été très professionnel et proactif et a résolu ces problèmes.

Une superbe maison avec une vue à couper le souffle Positive: C'est une superbe maison créole avec une vue à couper le souffle qui vous attend, un petit paradis sous les tropiques où l'on vit dans des espaces ouverts sur la nature et le patio avec son adorable petite piscine. Nous y avons passé un séjour merveilleux, se lever le matin avec cette vue est incroyable, les soirées sont calmes et aucun moustique ne viendra gâcher votre bonheur. Le lit est très confortable, la clim fonctionne parfaitement et l'environnement est sûr. Les propriétaires sont charmants et respectent votre tranquillité tout en étant très réactifs en cas de souci.

Reposant, ressourçant et authentique :) Positive: Nous venons tout juste de rentrer de St Martin et plus précisément dans le quartier Oyster Pond, côté français, où nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à la villa C. Tout d'abord, c'est à notre avis la plus belle partie de l'île. Très sauvage, authentique, vous pourrez y croiser des chevaux en toute liberté comme en Camargue, des petits singes, paysages et des points de vue absolument fantastiques ! La Villa est idéalement située en haut d'une colline qui donne sur une vue imprenable et sur un panorama digne d'une carte postale. Spacieuse, pratique et fonctionnelle, cette villa est somptueuse. Construite dans le respect des maison caribéenne, en majeure partie composée de bois, elle est ouverte de tout cotés. Mais, n'y voyez pas là une maison tout en courant d'air, surtout pas, La villa est ouverte aux 4 vents qui viennent doucement vous caresser et vous rafraichir à tel point que nous n'avons pas utilisé la clim une seule fois. La terrasse vue mer (mais pas une vue mer de 2 cm² une immense vue mer) , le salon / living, la cuisine communiquent les uns et les autres en open space ce qui est fort agréable et qui garantie d'avoir une belle vue systématiquement. Les 2 chambres sont de véritables nids d'amour, déco cozy (à l'image de Zou, la proprio de la villa), spacieuses et toutes 2 bénéficiant d'une vue merveilleuse sur la piscine et sa végétation tropicale. TV écran plat, lave linge, lave vaisselle, Cafetière expresso ect.... villa très bien équipée. Manque un micro onde mais Zou a dit qu'elle allait y remédier. Zou, la propriétaire, une personne charmante, adorable avec une très belle aura, vous accueille très bien et vous met à l'aise de suite. Nous avions quelques cadeaux à notre arrivée, boissons fraiches au frigo, eau, soda, bières, nougat, Rhum vanille, bref, tout pour débuter un séjour dans d’excellentes conditions.
