Location of the villa
Facing the sea with an exceptional view, this luxury villa benefits from the proximity of very beautiful beaches. Mabouya Cove and Desert Cove are less than 250m away. A very small beach is also accessible at 100m. The villa enjoys a quiet environment at only 2km from the village of Sainte Luce and its restaurants where you can taste the culinary specialties of this fishing village. At 50m from the villa, the restaurant of the Iloma hotel offers a quality table. The hotel also offers a Spa and a gym.

This two-storey 200m² (+ terraces) superb villa includes:
On the upper level:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each furnished with a King size bed (180X200) and each with a private shower room and a dressing room. One of them also has a beautiful sea view and a large terrace (30m²)
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom furnished with 2 single beds. The beds can be moved closer together to create a king size bed if needed. It also has a private shower room and a small dressing room.
On the lower level:
- 1 very well equipped kitchen with central island
- 1 guest restroom
- 1 living room with a television area
- Adjacent to the living room, just in front of the sea, the vast 120m² terrace will be your main living space. It hosts an outdoor living room, a dining area, a 5-seater Jacuzzi and enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and the neighboring island of St. Lucia.
Finally, to complete your vacation, you can enjoy the swimming pool (6m X 3.5m) which borders the garden and also enjoys the sea view!

In an eco-responsible approach, the villa is autonomous in electricity thanks to 60m² of solar panels on the roof. It is however connected to the grid in case of necessity.
