Location of the villa
The villa is about 500m from the beach of Anse à l'Âne. It is located in a small and quiet residential area, and enjoys a beautiful sea view.
A local supermarket and several beach restaurants are about 600m away.
The lively and touristy "Pointe du Bout" area as well as the international 18-hole golf course are about 3 km away.
From the beach of Anse à l'Âne, shuttle boats will take you to Fort de France by crossing the bay.

This 100m² (+50m² of terrace) two-level villa includes:
On the upper level:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed (160X200) and a private shower room
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a double King size bed - 180X200) and a private shower room
- 1 well equipped open kitchen
- 1 living room with a television area
- 1 large shaded terrace with a dining area and an outdoor lounge. The terrace offers a beautiful sea view
The lower level, accessible only from the outside, includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and their private shower room
In front of these 2 bedrooms you will appreciate the beautiful infinity pool bordered by a deck with some lounge chairs.
Enjoy grilling on the barbecue that is under the gazebo.
Please note: The rates differ according to the number of occupants and rooms rented (one rate for the 2 upper bedrooms and 4 people maximum, 1 rate for the whole villa). The 2 levels are never rented separately.

Novembre 2024Logement agréable bénéficiant d'une vue splendide depuis la grande terrasse ou la piscine. Très bien exposé du matin au soir ! Je recommande vivement. Seul bémol, ne pas compter aller à la mer ou commerces à pied
Novembre 2024Michael a été reactif que se soit pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain de notre arrivée et pour un souci de douchette réparé dans la journée .
