This beautiful villa nestled in a green setting is 2.5km from the village of Trois Ilets, its shops and the maritime shuttle to Fort de France. 2km from the villa is the departmental road which will quickly take you to the Pointe du Bout located 6.8km away, a very lively and touristy area (beaches, restaurants, bars, casino).

This one-storey villa offers a calm and green environment.

  • 1 kitchen with 4-seater table, open onto the living room
  • 1 living room with direct view of the swimming pool
  • 1 air-conditioned suite with a King Size bed (180x200), a private bathroom and adjoining dressing room; it opens onto the terrace through a large bay window with a pleasant view of the palm trees in the garden
  • 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and office area
  • 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single children's beds
  • 1 separate bathroom with toilet

Outside, everything is pleasantly arranged for maximum conviviality:

  • 1 6-seater living room overlooking the garden
  • 1 large table with benches for outdoor meals
  • 1 gazebo containing an additional kitchen and serving as a bar thanks to its serving hatch overlooking the swimming pool
  • 1 sunbathing area with deckchairs and 4-seater living room

You will spend pleasant moments in the 6m x 3.5m infinity salt pool, after your days of sightseeing or during your rest at the villa. And perhaps you will be tempted by a reading session in the shade of the mango tree?

Client depuis cinq ans nous n'avons jamais été déçu par la location des villas. Cependant le changement du loueur de voitures à la suite de la cessation d'activité du loueur n'est pas au top.

You'll find most of these beaches equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, or even charming "floating bars" where you can enjoy a refreshing drink while lounging in the water
