The villa is in a very quiet residential area, on the heights of l'Anse à l'Ane on the south Caribbean coast of Martinique. The sea view and the bay of Fort de France is splendid, day and night!

The Anse à l'Ane beach is less than 1km away, but given the slope, you will probably prefer to drive there. The charming littles Anse Noire and Anse Dufour beaches and the large Anses d'Arlet beach are about 3km.

A small supermarket is about 1km from the villa while Pointe du Bout which is the lively and touristic area of Martinique with its shops and restaurants, is 4km away.

The international 18-hole golf is 3km away.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par l’hôte. Très belle villa mitoyenne, parfaitement équipée, conforme aux photos. Nous étions 4 adultes mais aussi idéale pour 4 adultes + 1 enfant. La piscine est un peu petite mais idéale pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. La vue sur la baie de Fort De France est superbe. La villa se trouve au sommet d’une petite côte. La plage de l’Anse à l’Ane est accessible à 10min à pied ou 2min en voiture. Proche également de l’Anse Noire (15min en voiture) où on peut observer de magnifiques fonds marins et des tortues. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons !
