Location of the villa
The villa is on the heights of the village of Anses d'Arlet in a recent residential area at only 800m from the beach.
It has a beautiful view of the sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet.
Les Anses d'Arlet is a fishing village that has remained quite authentic. It has very nice beaches such as the town beach (the closest), Grande Anse or Anse Noire. The seabed is quite rich and, with a snorkeling mask and a little patience, you are sure to see turtles!

The terrace hosts an outdoor shower and a beautiful infinity pool. It enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and the town of Anses d'Arlet.
The lower level accessible only from the outside includes:
- 1 air-conditioned room with a double bed (140x190), and a private bathroom
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds transformable into a double bed (140X190), and a private bathroom
- 1 equipped kitchen open onto the living room with sofa and television
- 1 covered terrace with an outdoor lounge, a dining table and a deck with sea view

To know : Rates differ according to the number of occupants (1 rate for the upper level only, 3 rooms and 6 people maximum; 1 rate for the whole villa. The lower level is never rented separately)

Février 2025Agence de location qui répond rapidement à nos demandes et les maisons sont toujours comme sur les photos. Deuxième fois que nous passons par leurs services et nous n avons jamais été déçu.
