Traditional Creole villa completely renovated, it hides in the middle of an independent property of 3 000 m2, raised and flowered.
It is the ideal place to meet with family or friends.
The villa is located in Basse Terre, in Deshaies, a charming fishing village.
Hidden in the heart of a property of 3 000m², with tropical trees and flowers, you are less than 200m from one of the best known beaches of Guadeloupe, Grande Anse Beach. You are also 50m from the shops and 1.5km from the market town of Deshaies.

With an area of 130m² (+ 160m² terrace), this villa can accommodate up to 11 people:
- 1 Air-conditioned Parental Suite with a queen size bed (160cm), and a private bathroom and toilets,
- 2 Air-conditioned bedroom with each a queen size bed (160cm) and a single bed,
- 1 common shower room,
- 1 Air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm) and two single beds, and a private bathroom,
- 1 equipped open kitchen,
- 1 Large living room,
- 1 large terrace with a dining area, a zen lounge area, a hammock, and a game area,
- 1 Large swimming pool 5x10 lighted, surrounded by a large deck with lounge chairs
To know : The rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 2 rooms and 6 people maximum - one rate for 3 rooms and 9 people maximum - one rate for 4 rooms and 11 people maximum).
This villa is the ideal place to spend unforgettable vacations in Guadeloupe with family or friends!
Possibility to accommodate up to 17 people with villa GPDH14 located on the same plot of land (see drone photos). Since then, the vegetation has grown and there is no longer any vis à vis between the two villas.

Février 2025Tres belle propriete, on aurait aimer savoir que les produits des toiletteries ne sont pas incluses.. on va savoir pour la prochaine fois ! A part la confusion a l arrivee, qui a ete regle rapidement par la proprietaire, nous n avons pas eu d autres choses a signaler

Août 2023Très belle expérience dans notre villa tout confort.
Juillet 2023Séjour 10/10. Les propriétaires ont refait cette maison avec goût et fonctionnalité. Nos 15jours ont été plus que confortable et la maison est très agréable à vivre. Il ne manque rien. Tout à était pensé. Les propriétaires étant sur place ont été très disponible. Quand à Johanna tout à parfait, du ménage réalisé au préalable, quand à son accueil et son accessibilité tout au long du séjour, un grand merci. Nous heureux d'y retourner si nous sommes à revenir en Guadeloupe. Nous leur souhaitons à tous une bonne continuation ! Quand à Sabrina d'Antille Exeption un grand merci également pour sa disponibilité en amont afin de faire notre choix.
Juin 2023Villas top, parfaitement situées géographiquement (pour les randonnées, canyoning, visites, la beauté des paysages... et plage à proximité immédiate). De plus, elles sont très bien équipées. Les travaux et la déco sont fait avec goût. Et que dire de l'accueil de Johanna ?? Parfait, irréprochable ! Merci
Février 2023Logement confortable, fonctionnel et conforme aux photos et au descriptif (manque juste la précision concernant les 2 chambres de l'arrière qui sont en fait communicantes). Equipement complet (aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur). Orientation de la terrasse et de la piscine au top !! Accueil très sympathique par le concierge. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sous le soleil guadeloupéen.
Avril 2022Très bonne organisation avec de bons conseils. Accueil chaleureux et agréable. Nous avons apprécié plus particulièrement le panier repas à notre arrivée le soir avec petit déjeuner, merci encore. Nous vous recommandons et faisons de la pub pour votre agence
Février 2020Super séjour dans la villa Ziotte à DESHAIES. Organisation au TOP, Rudy notre taxi valise nous attendait à l'aéroport, notre véhicule location idem, J.Michel lui avait préparé la villa et nous attendait. Parc magnifique et villa typiquement créole avec tout le mobilier authentique, un vrai dépaysement. Si vous aimez le moderne et la ville, ne venez pas. Par conte en famille ou entre amis, villa idéale avec tout le nécessaire et le ménage fait tous les 4 jours. Piscine nettoyée tous les jour par un monsieur Germain adorable. Merci Antilles Exception.
