Location of the villa
This elegant villa is located, close to the Caribbean's gastronomic paradise - Grand Case - and where lies the exclusive and very private enclave of Mont Choisy.
Although secluded, the beaches of Frair's Bay and Happy Bay are just steps away.
A 3-minute drive will take you to the charming town of Grand Case with its fabulous restaurants, as well as to the Hope Estate neighborhood with a wonderful French grocery store and Bacchus, one of the best restaurants and wine shops on the island.
Property
Situated on a hill overlooking the sea, the villa is a short walk to Happy Bay Beach and Friar's Bay Beach with its famous full moon parties.
- The modern, gourmet kitchen has a large island area that serves as a breakfast bar, and opens directly onto the terrace
- The indoor great living room, with seating and dining areas, is fully air-conditioned or fully open to the tropical breeze
- A large multimedia room with a flat screen TV, ideal for teens and children is in this wing of the villa
- The master bedroom, located on the other side of the villa, is its own private oasis - it offers a king size bed, private bathroom, total privacy and a magnificent view of the sea
- The other three en-suite bedrooms are located off the main living area. Each has interior and exterior doors to the pool, a small office/workspace and a fabulous view of the sea
- The spacious terrace is filled with dining and outdoor seating to enjoy the view and the wonderful breezes
- A fully equipped fitness room, with bathroom, is located on the lower garden level
All rooms have both indoor and outdoor access, making the villa family friendly.
The villa is designed to take in the scenery, enjoy a dip in the infinity pool, lounge in the lounge or gather in the gazebo!
Construction Notice
As of February 20, 2023, there is a new construction project located across the street and below the Happy Bay Villa. The construction of the new villa will take up to a year. Due to its location, the project is not visible from the pool deck, but occasional noise disturbances may occur.
Construction can take place between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday on an intermittent basis. The villa offers a discounted rate until construction is complete.

Absolutely incredible The villa was absolutely incredible. You can't beat the view and everything in the house was luxurious. Axel was extremely helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible with tons of recommendations as well as booking restaurants for us and massages as well. Lydia, the housekeeper, was also excellent and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. I really couldn't recommend Happy Bay more highly.
December 2023Fantastic! I dread writing this review because I don't want people to know how great this place is and not give me weeks to come back. Happy Bay was an exceptional villa. We have stayed in many villas all over the world and will definitely return to Happy Bay as soon as possible. The layout and views from the property are fantastic. The rooms are equally perfect. Our concierge Axel was also very helpful in checking in with us daily and attending to all our needs. We will definitely return and hope to have the chance to have Axel as our concierge again.
