Surrounded by a tropical garden, lush pink bougainvillea, palm trees, green lawn, the villa is only a few minutes walk from the beach of Baie aux Prunes.

At the western end of Saint-Martin, the Terres Basses peninsula is a true Caribbean Garden of Eden. Sumptuous houses, coastal lagoons and rocky landscape make the decor of this very secret site. Shores with agitated waters, the Baie aux Prunes is also the most deserted beach of the peninsula. It is in this haven of peace, halfway between Marigot and the airport, that this exceptional villa is nestled.

This beautiful 300m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people - it includes:

A state of the art kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a gourmet meal
4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a King Size bed and a private shower room - Two bedrooms are located at each end of the villa, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. The bedrooms have either a sea view or a pool view and a private terrace
A spacious living room with a 40 inch flat screen satellite TV and DVD player, as well as a high quality stereo system, which will allow you to relax to your favorite songs during your dream vacation
A covered pool deck with a gas grill

The home is perfect for outdoor living with multi-level decks that go down from the main level to the large heated horseshoe-shaped infinity pool and beyond to the lawn.

Located near the Baie aux Prunes beach, it is the perfect choice for a villa with stunning views of the Caribbean sea and spectacular sunsets, while being close to the best beaches in St. Maarten.

Services and Amenities

In order to make your stay more comfortable, the following services are available to you:

Daily cleaning service except on Sundays and holidays
Linen provided (sheets, towels and dish towels)
Beach towels included
High-end concierge service (Babysitting, pre-storage, restaurant reservations, boat trips, private air transfers, yoga classes, baby equipment, etc.)
Airport transfer to and from the villa
Pool heating is optional and costs an additional $350 per week - upon request one week prior to guests' arrival. Maximum temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celcius. Guests are not allowed to change the temperature of the pool themselves.

We had an amazingly experience in St. Maarten. Our concierge, Julia, was absolutely amazing! We visited the island for my wife’s birthday and Julia stayed in constant contact with me prior to, and during, our visit. She made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we need. She even stopped by the house on my wife’s birthday and surprised her with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

We loved the villa, it was well appointed. The staff was amazing. Agatha and Anthony were top notch. So very helpful and kind. Anthony responded to my questions very fast and efficiently. He was a wonderful resource. Agatha was amazing. She was sweet and kind and very helpful when we needed anything. We rented a car so we did not use a driver except for airport transfers. Anthony was excellent. Always answered my questions throughly and effectively. He always answered within 10 min or less. Couldn’t be more helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Mariposa! We would have stayed more than a week if we had the time.The villa is quiet and secluded. The view from the pool is amazing. Highly recommended. Chelsea was always available to help with suggestions or make arrangements for us. No one will be disappointed staying here. We had a wonderful woman come for housekeeping. She was very thorough and we appreciated her flexibility. Chelsea is the best — very helpful with all our questions and made great recommendations. We would have missed out on some fun destinations had we not followed her suggestions, so we were very grateful for her help.

The villa is breathtaking!!! Exactly like photo! The pool view is priceless. Theo was amazing he was the host who assisted with anything that was needed. He even reached out to check up on us. We had an issue with ac in one of the room and Theo send someone right away to fix it . I truly enjoyed my stay in villa. Thank you so much for allow my friends and I to stay in your beautiful home.
