From its spectacular clifftop location on the north coast of French St. Martin in the Terres Basses, the villa enjoys a sublime view across the ocean to the neighboring island of Anguilla on the distant horizon.
The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful natural beach of Plum Bay.
The village of Cupecoy in Dutch St. Maarten, for its restaurants and grocery stores, is only a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Recently completely renovated, this charming three-bedroom home sits on nearly five acres for total privacy and includes:

The third ebdroom is located in its own private cottage with a mini kitchen. All rooms feature neutral, relaxing decor, large screen TVs and brand new en-suite bathrooms with glass rain showers

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette villa située au sommet d'une colline (falaise d'oiseaux), profitant d'une vue à couper le souffle. La gérante de la maison, Claudia, était si gentille et amicale, et le gérant de Southeby's, Axel, a été le plus serviable et le plus réactif que nous ayons jamais eu en louant des villas à St-Martin. Martin. Merci !
Janvier 2024C'était notre 9ème voyage à St. Maarten. La réservation initiale de la villa et l'ensemble du processus avant l'arrivée se sont déroulés sans problème. C'était un plaisir de travailler avec Matea. Elle a été accueillante et s'est assurée que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer des vacances formidables. Qu'il s'agisse de la location de la voiture, du transport depuis et vers l'aéroport (Rick a été une perle !), des réservations pour le dîner et de l'enregistrement quotidien, elle s'est assurée que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La villa était absolument parfaite et la femme de ménage, Claudia, était merveilleuse. Nous avons hâte de retourner sur l'île l'année prochaine !
