Location of the villa

The apartment is located in the heart of the Carribean Princess Residence, which is one of the only fully fenced estate in the Orient Bay. The access to the residence is done by one of the 3 gates equipped with digicode.

You are directly on the beach of Orient Bay, only 50 meters away by foot, right next to Kakao Beach or Coco beach and can enjoy their lounge chairs, beach bars and restaurants.

In the heart of the Village, you can do everything on foot: The restaurants and beach bars invite you to taste dishes from all over the world - The water-sports will offer you all kinds of activities (jet ski, boat/parachute, diving, windsurfing, kite surfing...) - The grocery store, the bakery, and small stores will be at your disposal during your stay. - The supermarket is only at a five-minute drive and our gastronomic capital GRAND CASE is only at a ten-minute drive...

Property

This 150m² vast apartment, located on the upper floor of the residence, facing the beach and the sea for a great view, can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:

  • 1 air-conditioned Parental Suite equipped with a King Size bed (180/200), with its private shower room
  • 1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a King Size bed (180/200)
  • 1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with two single beds on the mezzanine of the living room
  • 1 Shower room
  • 1 large living room with the kitchen and the living room space open onto the covered terrace offering a splendid sight on the sea
  • The large terrace facing the sea will allow you to enjoy the benefits of the trade winds that will protect you from mosquitoes and periods of high heat
  • On the side of the terrace, you can see the large swimming pool of the residence whose noise will not disturb you but will allow you to take a look at your children if needed

There is no building between the apartment and the beach, only a small parking area which is not disturbing.
