This charming villa is located in the Orient Bay Park which is the most popular tourist site in St. Maarten for its beautiful long beach and environment, its restaurants and beach bars, its water sports activities, and its local shops.

The park is very secure with many surveillance cameras, and 24/7 security guards on duty.

The villa is at 700 meters from Orient Bay beach and 900 meters from the shops.

You will also be able to go to Grand Case which is the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean and famous for its beautiful sunsets, or to go out on the Dutch side of the island and enjoy the casinos and other night spots.
