Location of the villa

The villa is located in the secure residential estate (an automatic gate closes the access to this area 24/7 and also it is equipped with video surveillance cameras) in the very popular Jardins de la Baie Orientale area. The Jardins de la Baie Orientale neighborhood is overlooking the Orient Bay with a magnificent view of Ilet Pinel to Saint-Barthélemy via Orient Bay beach. Each lots are very large, allowing the villas to be spaced out from each other.

Only 1400 meters from the Villa, or a 4 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk, is the sublime Orient Bay beach with its beach restaurants, lounge chairs, water sports activities, village square with its nightly restaurants, and also its local shops, such as a mini-market and a bakery.

Great location, lots of privacy and very cozy place. Only issues we had were water shortage due to some technical issues, it was several times and it was very annoying even though it was fixed Beware of a cat that will sneak in to the kitchen if the terrace is open and eat what she finds) Stayed for three weeks with only one cleaning included which is also not cool. Host was very friendly, and place is actually very nice!

We had a great experience at Villa Palmira. You can definitely feel how someone took the time to carefully curate the space. The design of the living room and bedrooms was very unique. We loved laying by the pool and the lounge chairs were very comfortable. During our stay, we had some water issues that Gilles and Alex responded to very quickly and efficiently. They were both very responsive throughout our stay. The location of the home could not be better for exploring the French side of the island. You are a couple minutes drive away from both Grand Case and Orient Bay, which had plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches. The supermarket is also very close by, which was very convenient for buying groceries. I would definitely recommend this place
