This 300m² charming villa with an unobstructed view is ideally located on the bay of Oyster Pont, and can accommodate up to 8 people: It is composed of 5 independent units. All rooms are on one level, except for the studio, which is located on the lower floor.

This was by far the most beautiful villa i’ve seen . This was the best pick for my birthday trip and i honestly don’t regret it one bit . My friends and i fell in love with this house the minute we step foot in it . Great view , looks exactly like the pictures even better !

Villa Alizea was perfect. We were greeted by David, the property manager, who took the time to explain all the workings of the property, along with leaving us a great little welcome package. Although the island of St. Maarten is still recovering from Hurricane Irma, we felt very safe and comfortable in the Oyster Pond neighborhood. There was a small French market within a 5 minute drive (great breakfast pastries) and the adjacent restaurant was great. Gilles and David were super responsive during our trip. We had a private chef come to the property and David came and confirmed that the BBQ had sufficient propane. All in all, we had a great stay and look forward to our next visi

The accommodations were splendid An open and free living space provided picturesque scenery of the ocean and beach. I loved viewing this at nighttime from the infinity pool. Be prepared to drive up some steep hills, but it is well worth the trip. Anne-Lise was a wonderful host and tried to fulfill our every need. At times it was a hard decision to either stay at the villa or explore the wonderful sites in town. Our private chef, Chef Kareem Brooks, worked at ease in the kitchen and provided AMAZING meals
