The villa is nestled on the enchanting island of Saint-Martin in the private and sought-after residential community of Terres Basses.

It offers breathtaking views of the shades of blue of the ocean and neighboring islands, as well as unique and direct private access to Baie Rouge beach.

The villa enjoys a prime location, around 10 minutes' drive from shops, restaurants and bars on both the French and Dutch sides of the island.

This ideal setting allows you to explore the vibrant surroundings while providing a peaceful haven to retreat to at the end of the day.

Renovated in 2022, this two storey property has been redecorated with refinement and equipped with cutting-edge technologies. On the main level, 3 bedrooms have access to the main swimming pool and the main terrace. On the lower level, accessible by external stairs, are 3 more bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the second swimming pool and the gym.
