Location of the villa
The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the entrance of the Trois-Ilets town, on the southern Caribbean coast of Martinique. It faces a beautiful tropical garden planted with coconut trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, and fruit trees.
Access to the villa is via a 30-meter path with a 20% incline through the garden, followed by 18 steps to reach the terrace.
A supermarket is within walking distance, approximately 350m away. A good bakery is also accessible 450m from the villa.
The beaches of Anse Mitan and Anse à l'Ane are both 5km from the villa.
The departure point for the boat shuttles to Fort-de-France is a 5-minute drive away.
