Location of the villa
The villa is located on the heights of Pointe du Bout in Les Trois Ilets, in the southern Caribbean region of Martinique. Accessible in just a few minutes drive, the Pointe du Bout area is one of the liveliest in Martinique (hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, casino), but the villa itself is in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
The nearest beach, Anse Mitan, is around 900m away.

This beautiful one-storey 160m² villa (+ terrace) includes:

The shaded terrace features a dining area and an outdoor lounge, as well as a relaxation area sheltered by a gazebo. It faces the beautiful swimming pool, with a breathtaking view over the bay of Fort de France that you'll never tire of!
