Accessible in just a few minutes drive, the Pointe du Bout area is one of the liveliest in Martinique (hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, casino), but the villa itself is in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
The nearest beach, Anse Mitan, is around 900m away.
