The villa is located on the Caribbean coast of Martinique, near Pointe du Bout in Trois-Ilets, in a quiet and primarily residential neighborhood. With no overlooking neighbors, it enjoys a panoramic view of Fort-de-France Bay and the Trois-Ilets Golf Course.
Anse Mitan beach and Pointe du Bout, with its many shops (restaurants, bars, casino, bakery...), are located just 2.5 km away.

On the upper level:
2 air-conditioned bedrooms with large sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace, enjoying a beautiful sea and golf course view. They are furnished with King-size double beds (180x200), closets, wardrobes, private shower rooms, and separate toilets.
1 large living area open to terraces on both sides of the villa. Lounge area with sofas and a dining area for 8 people.
1 small TV lounge.
1 very well-equipped open-plan kitchen.
The lower level includes:
3 air-conditioned suites with sliding glass doors also overlooking the sea and golf course. Each is furnished with a King-size bed and a single bed, a small lounge area for 2 people, private shower rooms, and separate toilets.
1 laundry room with a washing machine and a second refrigerator.

On the upper level, the 2 terraces will delight you:
Approximately 65m², the shaded terrace at the back of the villa hosts a large gazebo (carbet) with a barbecue.
Approximately 120m², the main terrace features a dining area for 8 people, an outdoor lounge, and several sun loungers. The 8m x 4m infinity pool (including a small shallow area for children) allows you to refresh yourself while enjoying the magnificent sea and golf course view!
Please note:
The double beds in all bedrooms consist of 2 separable single beds.
Large groups (more than 8 people) usually join the two tables together to create a dining space for 14 people on the terrace.
The tourist tax is collected once the booking is confirmed by Antilles Exception.
