This magnificent villa, completed in 2021, enjoys an exceptional location in Anses d'Arlet, in a quiet environment. The property offers an extraordinary panoramic view of the bay and the beach of Grande Anse located just a hundred meters away. The village of Grande Anse, where you will find many small restaurants and some shops, is accessible on foot at about 300 m.

Due to its location overlooking the bay, the trade winds offer a pleasant breeze to the 170m² villa (excluding terrace) that accommodates up to 12 persons and includes:

  • 1 air-conditioned parental suite with "Queen size" bed (160x200cm), 1 sofa bed for 1 child or teenager, and its adjoining bathroom
  • 4 adjoining bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and its magnificent sea view:

Super séjour. Seul bemol, l’accès au logement très très pentu qui peux poser problème à certains. En revanche superbe villa, belle décoration, vue sublime et accueil très chaleureux. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir
