In a quiet residential area, the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a nice view on the sea and Marie Galante. The villa is located in a small complex of 4 other villas.
The sea is about 150m away and the beach of la caravelle (club med) is less than 2 km away.
Halfway between Pointe à Pitre and the Pointe des Châteaux, the villa is very well located as a starting point to visit the various riches of Guadeloupe.
