The villa is located on the heights of St François, in a small residence of 8 villas.
This residence guarantees you serenity and security.
The center of Saint-François, its shops and restaurants, is about 1 km away. The nearest beach, La Coulée beach, is at about 1.5 km.

The 100m² (+ a 30m² terrace) house features:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen Size bed in 160 and each with its shower room
- Upstairs (no door close), 1 air-conditioned room with 2 single beds (possibility to bring together them to make a double bed), and its own bathroom
- 1 large living room with a sitting area - sofas, flat screen TV - open onto the terrace
- 1 very well equipped kitchen with pantry
- 1 30m² covered terrace with an outdoor lounge, a table and chairs for meals.
The neat decoration, the equipment and the furniture are the highlights of this villa. Finally the pool is also a paradise for young and old!!!
Possibility to add an extra bed (inflatable mattress) for a child and a foldable baby crib.

Le seule soucis était la connexion internet mais malgré cela nous avons passé d'agréables moment

Janvier 2020Hébergement très agréable. Seul petit bémol : coupure d'eau pendant 36H00 et pas de réserve d'eau sur le bien pour faire face à ce désagrément, pas facile à gérer avec des enfants. Quelques petits trucs à améliorer mais vu avec la correspondante sur place et qui en passant est très bien, compétente et disponible. Dans l'ensemble, très bon séjour. Réponse Antilles Exception : Nous sommes désolés de cette coupure d'eau qui a touché tout le quartier. Celle-ci est totalement indépendante des infrastructures de la villa et due exclusivement à la compagnie d'eau de Guadeloupe. Cela arrive heureusement très rarement !!!
