The villa is about 2km from the village of the famous seaside resort of Saint Francois in Guadeloupe.
You enjoy a quiet, green and secure environment.
The villa is 5mn from Raisins Clairs beach (one of the most beautiful of Guadeloupe), and close to the town center, the Marina as well as the landing for the boat departures to the islands.

This 160m² beautiful family villa, fully air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 8 people. it is divided into two living areas, separated by a large common covered patio, ideal for two families or couples of friends so each can enjoy its own space and privacy.
The first part includes:
- 1 air-conditioned master suite equipped with a Queen Size motorized bed (160/200), its private shower room with toilet
- 1 air-conditioned mezzanine open on the living room and equipped with 2 single beds, with separate toilet and sink
- 1 large living room open onto the terrace with a sofa and a large flat screen TV
The second part includes:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200)
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with 2 single beds that can be brought together (180/200)
- 1 common shower room
- 1 guest restroom
- 1 very well equipped separate kitchen, with a dining area with table and chairs
- 1 vast 200m² terrace partially shaded giving access directly to the swimming pool, including a bioclimatic terrace equipped with a table and chairs and outdoor furniture, perfect place to take naps and to have cocktails while enjoying the view on the swimming pool and the tropical garden.
You will enjoy a 1600m² large tropical garden, very quiet and private. The villa is fully accessible, adapted to disabled people and seniors.
