This 200m² (+ 100m ² terrace) villa can accommodate up to 8 people and there is also an apartment below which can accommodate 2 people.

- The Twin bedroom, with 2 single beds (90/200) with possibility of twinning the beds to form a King Size bed (180/200)
- A large living room with direct access to the terrace and with a sea and mountain view
- A large fully equipped kitchen, with a pantry
- A large wooden terrace with an infinity pool
The apartment includes:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200)

IMPORTANT: for the comfort of all the villa is suitable only for adults.
To know: Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of bedrooms rented (one rate for the main villa only (4 bedrooms, 8 people maximum), one rate for the main villa + the apartment (5 bedrooms, 10 people maximum)).
Please note: the owners live in the loft located on the ground floor of the villa - there is no vis à vis with them and their entrance is totally independent - so no inconvenience - they will only be present at your request!

Janvier 2024très bon accueil des propriétaires, ils sont d'une gentillesse exemplaire et nous donnent des informations très pertinentes Nous avons eu droit à une visite complète de son jardin avec explications. Nous étions enchantés en particulier pour ma fille qui était fleuriste et mon gendre paysagiste. Mes petites filles ont adoré.
