Ideally located just a stone's throw from Grande Anse beach in Deshaies, this traditional villa enjoys a magnificent setting in a colonial-style property.

The villa is located in Basse Terre, in Deshaies, a charming fishing village.
Hidden in the heart of an independent property of 3 000m², with tropical trees and flowers, you are less than 200m from one of the best known beaches of Guadeloupe, Grande Anse Beach. You are also 50m from the shops and 1.5km from the market town of Deshaies.

With an area of 90m² (+ 100m² of terrace), this one level traditional villa can accommodate up to 6 people:
- 1 Air-conditioned suite with a king size bed (180cm), a desk, a shower room - direct access to the terrace
- 1 Air-conditioned suite with two single beds (can be put together), with a desk, a shower room - direct access to the terrace,
- (One of the two suites has an independent access)
- 1 Independent guest restroom
- 1 Fully equipped traditional kitchen with a pantry
- 1 Air-conditioned living room with two single beds
- 1 Large terrace with a dining area and a lounge area
- 1 Large pool 4.5x9 surrounded by a sofa and lounge chairs

To know : Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 2 rooms and 4 people maximum - one rate for 2 rooms and 6 people maximum).
Possibility to accommodate up to 18 people with villa GPDH13 located on the same plot of land (see drone photos). Since then, the vegetation has grown and there is no longer any vis à vis between the two villas.
Please note the proximity of the road which may bother some people

Juin 2025Nous sommes contents de notre séjour malgré le bruit de la climatisation. La maison est à proximité de la plage(300m) et à proximité dun petit commerce à la station essence qui a de nombreux produits de dépannage et du pain.
Mars 2025Bonne organisation, la villa était très belle et Joanna qui s'occupait de nous était très agréable. Le seul problème rencontrer à la villa était une climatisation très bruyante à la chambre. (problème résolu depuis) Merci je vais recommandé votre entreprise. ??
