Nestled in the heart of the Domaine de Nogent, between Sainte-Rose and Deshaies, this cottage offers an Adults Only retreat combining privacy, nature and the laid-back Caribbean lifestyle.

Located on the leeward coast, on the Caribbean Sea side, and sheltered from sargassum seaweed, it is just a few minutes away from some of Guadeloupe’s most beautiful beaches: Petite Anse, Cluny, La Perle and Grande Anse… Turquoise waters, golden sand and magnificent sunsets await you.

Each morning, wake up to the sound of birdsong and enjoy breakfast outdoors before setting off to explore the beaches, waterfalls, tropical rainforest or the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin.

Here, you can enjoy a peaceful setting without feeling isolated: a supermarket is just one minute away, while a pharmacy, a small shopping centre and several restaurants are also nearby.

Property

The cottage is part of a collection of four identical accommodations, set in a peaceful and lush tropical environment.

Designed as a cosy retreat for two, it features:

One air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size double bed (160 x 200 cm) fitted with a memory foam mattress, as well as a private shower room with a toilet;
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying the tropical climate from breakfast onwards. It includes a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, as well as all the crockery and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors;
A completely private swimming pool with no overlooking neighbours, illuminated from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm and offering a light therapy wellness option, ideal for extending moments of relaxation in a soothing and peaceful atmosphere;
A wooden deck terrace furnished with two sun loungers;
A lawn area with a pergola and a small private garden, perfect for sunbathing, reading or simply enjoying your holiday.
