Nestled in the heart of the Domaine de Nogent, between Sainte-Rose and Deshaies, the cottage invites you to an Adults Only retreat that blends privacy, nature and Caribbean ease of living.

Located on the leeward coast, on the Caribbean side, and sheltered from sargassum, it is just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe: Petite Anse, Cluny, La Perle, Grande Anse... Turquoise sea, golden sand and spectacular sunsets await you.

Each morning, wake up to birdsong and enjoy your breakfast outdoors, before heading off to explore the beaches, waterfalls, tropical forest or the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin.

Here, enjoy peace and quiet without isolation: a supermarket 1 minute away, a pharmacy, a small shopping center and restaurants nearby.

Property

The cottage is part of a group of four identical cottages, set in a calm, lush tropical environment.

Designed as a true cocoon for two, it offers:

An air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size double bed (160x200) and memory foam mattress, plus a private shower room with toilet;
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, so you can enjoy the tropical climate from breakfast onwards: refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Everything you need to cook and dine in the open air;
A completely private pool with no overlooking neighbors, illuminated from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm and featuring an optional light therapy wellness mode, ideal for extending your moments of relaxation in a soft, soothing atmosphere;
A wooden deck terrace with two sun loungers;
A lawn area with pergola and a little garden all to yourselves, perfect for sunbathing, reading or simply savoring your vacation.
