Nestled in the heart of Domaine de Nogent, between Sainte-Rose and Deshaies, this cottage offers an adults-only tropical escape, where privacy, nature and the laid-back Caribbean lifestyle come together.

Located on the Caribbean side of Guadeloupe, along the sheltered leeward coast, largely protected from sargassum seaweed, the cottage is just a few minutes from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches: Petite Anse, Cluny, La Perle and Grande Anse. Turquoise waters, golden sand and spectacular sunsets await.

Wake up to the sound of birdsong and enjoy breakfast outdoors before setting off to explore the beaches, waterfalls, tropical rainforest or the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin.

Peace and tranquillity without feeling remote: a supermarket is just one minute away, with a pharmacy, a small shopping centre and restaurants close by.

Property

The cottage is part of a collection of four identical cottages, set in peaceful, lush tropical surroundings.

Designed as a cosy retreat for two, it features:

One air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and memory foam mattress, plus a private shower room with toilet.
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying the tropical climate from breakfast onwards. Facilities include a refrigerator, hob, microwave, air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, crockery and cooking utensils — everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals outdoors.
A completely private swimming pool with no overlooking neighbours, illuminated from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. A light therapy wellness feature is also available, creating a soothing atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
Two sun loungers.
