Location of the villa
The villa is located in a residential enclave on the beautiful Cupecoy Beach in St. Maarten on the Dutch side of the island.
If you wish to explore the area, the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The villa is also right across the street from the resort town of Porto Cupecoy with restaurants, stores and a marina.
Property
This four-level villa offers magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea from the rooftop pool and from the covered terraces located on each floor. Each level is fully air-conditioned and connected by a central elevator and staircase.
The staircase and elevator take you to the second floor which includes:
- One king-size air-conditioned bedroom with private bathroom with shower, safe, TV and balcony with sea view
- One king-size air-conditioned bedroom with private bathroom with shower, safe, TV and balcony with sea view
A large living area on the second floor includes:
- A comfortable living/dining room
- The open kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space and a utility area with a wine cooler and second refrigerator.
On the top floor is:
- The deep rooftop pool offering an exquisite water mural
- The sun terrace framed by the sapphire blue Caribbean and the picturesque island of Saba in the distance
- Adjacent is the king-size master bedroom with its balcony overlooking the sea and its en-suite bathroom with large open shower and double sinks
In the basement directly accessible from the garage:
- A fourth bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed and a single bed with its own private bathroom with shower, microwave and refrigerator
This villa is the ideal vacation spot for groups of friends traveling together or families with older children.

Excellent We had an excellent time at Sea Esta. The villa was exactly as pictured and the sunsets were fantastic. Great place to relax in your private rooftop pool overlooking the ocean or visit one of the nearby beaches. Wonderfully located, easy access to Marigot and Grand Case as well as Simpson Bay. Axel our concierge was incredible. Very attentive and very detailed in his suggestions on what to do on the island. We have been coming for 15 years and his restaurant suggestions were excellent. We tried new places based on his suggestions and they were great! As always, I had a great experience.
November 2023Incredible time We had an incredible time in St Maarten. The whole process was wonderful. They were incredibly helpful in preparing for our arrival, arranging for airport pickup, groceries and rental car waiting at the villa and concierge recommendations and help throughout our stay. The location of the villa was an incredible and central “home base” and we enjoyed being able to walk to Cupecoy Beach and the several nearby restaurants in the adjacent village development. 10/10 for convenience. Loved being close to so many things on both the French and Dutch sides. We hope to return soon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place and the team!
August 2021We will be back! We had an incredible vacation stay at Sea-Esta at Shore Pointe! The pool was perfect for our small family and location right on the Dutch/French border was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go exploring the island or walking across the street to Cupecoy Harbor. Axel, our concierge, was great making recommendations and helping us through our stay. We will be back!
