Perched just above the Caribbean Sea, the villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Anguilla.

Ideally located, it will delight sun seekers, shoppers, golfers or gamers, you are just a few minutes drive from the stores and restaurants of Marigot and Simpson Bay, the casinos of Cupecoy and Maho and the golf courses of Mullet Bay.

Main level:

The huge living room completely opens onto the terrace with sea view
The ultra modern and well equipped kitchen is directly accessible from the living room or the garage
Two bedrooms, each with a King Size bed, each with their adjoining bathroom, open onto the terrace, (possibility of adding 2 children's beds in one of the bedrooms)

Lower level:

Two other bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and the other with two single beds - each with its own bathroom

Bungalow Annex:

The fifth bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a King Size bed and an en-suite bathroom

The river rock anthracite heated pool will allow you to relax while admiring the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and its sunsets!

In order to make your stay more comfortable, the following services are available to you:

Daily cleaning service except on Sundays and holidays

Airport transfer to and from the villa
The pool can be heated and will only be heated during the winter months of December 16 through April 15. The maximum temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celcius. Guests are not allowed to change the temperature of the pool themselves.

Nautical activities: windsurfing, jet skiing, kite surfing, kayaking, big game fishing, discovery of the Caribbean islands by sailboat or catamaran...
Land activities: Visit the islands of Cayes Vertes, Tintamarre and Pinel. The islands form a sanctuary for the local fauna and flora, notably for the marine and terrestrial turtles or the iguanas.
