Property

Considered to have one of the best views on the island, the property is more than just a beautiful place to take in the scenery, it is a large property rich in truly high-end amenities.

The brand-new kitchen features granite countertops, a bar with stools and high-quality appliances
Three of the six king-size bedrooms are located in the main house: two on the main floor and a third bedroom is on an upper level accessible from a staircase leading from the living room. The fourth bedroom is accessible from the outside, from the terrace at the back of the house, and the fifth bedroom also has a separate entrance just below the pool terrace. Each bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, televisions and private bathrooms with luxurious rain showers and designer fixtures.
The master suite is located in a cottage completely separate from the main house surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and has a large private beachfront terrace equipped with a hot tub, outdoor shower and swing. The en-suite bathroom in the bedroom has a double sink and large open rain shower and separate his and hers toilets and bidets. There is a large walk-in closet and the bedroom opens to the terrace through sliding glass doors. This cottage is only available at the 7-bedroom or 6-bedroom with cottage rate.

Beautiful gardens filled with tropical flowers surround the property, lining the driveway and the green pathway leading to the beach. The villa enjoys complete privacy due to its elevated location, yet is easily accessible to the beach!
