Nestled in the private and exclusive enclave of Terres Basses in Saint Martin, the villa is located in the Hillside neighborhood and only 10 minutes from the international airport.

Overlooking the sea, the villa is near the beautiful beaches of Terres Basses.

It is a wonderful and private retreat, 15 minutes from the best restaurants, beaches, golf course and shopping.

Spacious, the villa has a large living space overlooking a generous terrace and a double pool with a magnificent view.

  • 5 air-conditioned suites, each equipped with a King Size bed (180/200), each with its own private shower room. The large walk-in showers overlook the sea or the garden and one of them gives on an outdoor patio. Three of the bedrooms have a sea view and the other two a garden view
  • A fully equipped kitchen has large arches that overlook a beautiful view and connect to the terrace
  • A living space open onto the kitchen and the terrace
  • A living room equipped to welcome everyone, also open on the terrace
  • Located in the heart of a vast terrace, the double pool dazzles with its shades of blue. The smaller pool includes a table - Also a hot tub and a ping pong table are available
  • A gazebo offers generous seating for lounging and dining, plus a barbecue

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Everything during our visit to St. Martin was perfect! From the lovely house, to the assistance from Anthony for all our fun excursions and experiences, to the top notch job by the cleaning staff it was a trip of a lifetime. We made many memories together that we will remember for a long time! Outstanding job! Everyone was so personable and helpful with anything we needed. Driver was prompt, professional and attentive. Anthony was the best!

We had Julia as the concierge. She was amazing. Very quick and easy to work with. Extremely organized.The first day one of the bathrooms got flooded but they fixed it right away. Was always on time. Took care of the group everywhere they wanted to go
