Entering through the main gate, guests arrive on a terrace that reveals breathtaking views of the entire Simpson Bay lagoon, unlike anything they have encountered before. The juxtaposition of majestic mountains and water creates a distinctive panorama that is completely new.

This villa boasts two pools, both an indoor and outdoor kitchen, and five opulent bedrooms, making it a masterpiece without equal. The exterior design takes full advantage of its prime location.

Please note: rates vary depending on the number of guests and bedrooms (1 rate for 3 bedrooms/6 guests — 1 rate for 4 bedrooms/8 guests — 1 rate for 5 bedrooms/10 guests). Maximum capacity: 10 adults + 4 children. Babies up to 2 years old stay free. Children ages 2–16: additional cost of $100 per night + 10% taxes and fees.

Please note: guests booking the 3-bedroom configuration will have access to the main villa only. The two newly added bedrooms will remain closed.

HEATED POOL between December 16 and April 15 (Only the pool in front of the living room) : The maximum temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celsius. Guests are not permitted to adjust the pool temperature themselves

Please Note : Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

Nautical activities: windsurfing, jet skiing, kite surfing, kayaking, big game fishing, discovery of the Caribbean islands by sailboat or catamaran...
