Bedroom 1,2: Main floor bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, WiFi, safe, ocean view and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC - access at the swimming pool and on the terrace
Bedroom 3: Ground floor bedroom with two single beds (can be made into a king-size bed), air conditioning, ceiling fan, WiFi, safe, ocean view and bathroom with shower, sink and WC - access to the swimming pool and terrace
Bedroom 4: Bedroom on the lower floor with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, WiFi, safe, ocean view and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - accessible from outside, and offers a little more privacy. This is the ideal option for those who prefer to be a little further away from the main living areas of the villa
The large swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and shaded areas, is heated from October 15 to April 15

Unlike many other villas, this one doesn't necessarily use a great room design. However, a large and spacious living room adjoins a large gourmet kitchen which leads out to a comfortable open seating area directly onto the terrace. Inside there is a formal dining room, a breakfast bar and a portico overlooking the swimming pool.

The villa is set on 2.5 acres of private grounds and gardens, which offer guests plenty of space to relax and unwind.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Amber! The house and exterior were so beautiful and comfortable that we didn't want to leave! A perfect place to relax and recharge. The location was exceptional and in the best neighborhood in SXM!!!! We had a great time and appreciated all the hard work. Thanks for getting the bug spray, it really helped.
