The villa's location is ideal, as it's just a 15-minute walk from the popular beaches of Happy Bay and Friar's Bay.
These magnificent beaches offer opportunities for sunbathing, swimming and water sports.
What's more, immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Grand Case, nicknamed the "gastronomic capital", where renowned restaurants will delight your taste buds.
Stroll through the narrow streets lined with elegant boutiques before immersing yourself in the lively nightlife, just a few minutes away by car. In short, this villa offers the perfect balance of luxury, gastronomy and entertainment.
Property
This luxurious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, ground level villa (no steps) offers a unique view of the surrounding islands. It includes:
- The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and the terrace
- The living room equipped with a comfortable corner sofa facing the TV and the terrace
- 5 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a King Size bed and a private shower room (4 bedrooms have a view on the Caribbean Sea and direct access to the pool terrace)
- The villa also has a fitness room with elliptical, bicycle, free weights, treadmill and an infrared sauna
- The covered terrace facing the sea and the pool has a dining area and a lounge area
- The huge terrace with its 2 heated pools and its Jacuzzi, is lined with palm trees and tropical flowers
Please note: The rates differ according to the number of rooms rented and occupants (1 rate 2 bedrooms and 2 people maximum, a rate 3 bedrooms and 6 people maximum, a rate 4 bedrooms and 8 people maximum, and finally a rate 5 bedrooms and 10 people maximum).

Important: The pool may be heated and will only be heated during the winter months of December 16 through April 15.
The maximum temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celcius.
Guests are not allowed to change the temperature of the pool themselves.

April 2023Find a way to make Pablo our concierge for every vacation we go on. We’ve travelled extensively in Europe and Africa - Pablo was by far the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive concierge we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful but the service we received set this trip a part from the others we’ve been on. Our friends staying in our villa were also thrilled with the entire experience.
