This charming villa is located in the Parc de la Baie Orientale with a spectacular 180° view of Orient Bay and its surrounding islands. You will be both close to the beach, and up high with an incredible view of the bay and St. Barts, Tintamarre, Caye Verte and the islands of Pinel. This vacation home is a recipe for a successful vacation.

The Parc de la Baie Orientale is very secure with surveillance cameras, and a guard 24/7.

The villa is located only 850 meters from Orient Bay beach and shops.

There is a small supermarket near the beach, as well as a bakery, a hairdresser and a tobacco shop.

This 150m² three-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:

1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a King Size bed (180/200) and a private shower room
1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160/200) that can be separated into 2 single beds (80/200) and its private shower room accessible from the living room
1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with 2 single beds (90/200) with a shower room located outside in a private area
The air-conditioned living room with its very high ceiling is overlooking the sea and the swimming pool
1 fully equipped kitchen
Outside, you will enjoy a large and beautiful terrace where you can enjoy 2 outdoor tables for your meals: the 1st table is exposed to the sun, ideal in the morning or evening to enjoy a view at almost 360°. The 2nd table is in a covered area, ideal for lunch when the sun is high.
The outdoor living room located on the terrace, is the privileged place to have a cocktail, or to read or contemplating the sea
The private swimming pool, with its lounge chairs, is located slightly below the villa, out of sight, while enjoying a beautiful sea view

This was a great location with an excellent view! The Villa had a great balcony/terrace for morning coffee and breakfast and a wonderful pool to soak in at night. This is a great location inside the orient bay community with easy access to the beach and restaurants. From this villa, you can easily get to Grand Case, Anse Marcel and the Cul de Sac/Pinel Bay ferry area. Beach towels and chairs were provided or you can use the Chairs and umbrella at WAI beach club for a steal of a price if you choose this villa. Gilles’s team was very responsive and I highly recommend taking advantage of their car rental recommendation. We were escorted all the way from the airport to Orient Bay. I recommend booking!

Gilles, Daphne, and Alex were all very responsive and super friendly. We would definitely rent from them again. The view was spectacular and we were only a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

The view from this villa was awesome!! You have a 180 degree view of Orient Beach! Everything was top notch! Very luxurious. The very private pool and outdoor shower was incredible. This is our top villa out of all of our stays in St Martin!

The place was great and had amazing views of orient and surround bays. Always a nice breeze on the balcony with plenty of shaded seating. It was a short walk (but a hill- it gets you the views) into town with many fantastic options and the beach! The host was really easy to deal with and quick to respond if we had a question
