Located on the heights of Orient Bay, the villa offers a breathtaking 180° view of Orient Bay, Anguilla and St. Barts in the distance.
In the heart of a 24-hour secure residence, and although secluded, the villa is only a 3-minute drive from the famous Orient Bay beach, restaurants, bars and stores. You are also a short drive from the fantastic culinary scene of Grand Case, or the beautiful beach of Anse Marcel.

Property
This magnificent, newly renovated, fully airconditioned contemporary four-bedroom villa is the perfect place to vacation in St. Maarten and enjoy the island life. Upon entering the villa, the incredible panoramic view dazzles with the tropical mountains and the endless blue sea and sky. It includes:
- The master bedroom overlooking the pool has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi
- The other two poolside bedrooms each have a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower
- The fourth bedroom, located in a separate bungalow, a few steps from the main house, offers privacy and a beautiful ocean view. It has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, its own terrace and a small kitchenette.
- A spacious and open living and dining room with views of the pool and ocean. With ample seating, this large room is ideal for spending time with friends and family, as well as for entertaining
- A fully equipped kitchen with an island where you can prepare your meals or have them prepared by one of our recommended chefs, while enjoying a beautiful ocean view
- A covered outdoor dining area, located just steps away from the kitchen, is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches or dinners during cozy times with family and friends
- An infinity pool
- A large open terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing by the pool
- A gazebo with a sitting area to enjoy the cool island breeze and views of the nearby small islands of Caye Verte, Pinel and Tintamarre.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ici. L'hôte était facile à contacter et très réactif. Le ménage quotidien de la maison était une attention très appréciée. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Nous avons également aimé être si proches de la plage et des restaurants. Après une journée à l'extérieur, il était agréable de retrouver la piscine. Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes et je reviendrais sans hésiter.
Avril 2025Notre séjour a été excellent. Jahelle a été d'une grande aide. La villa offrait une vue magnifique et convenait parfaitement à notre groupe de six personnes. Nous étions juste en haut de la colline depuis Orient Beach, ce qui rendait l’accès aux restaurants très pratique. Jahelle a été très disponible et réactive, nous la recommandons vivement. C’est une excellente option pour les grands groupes. Jahelle a été fantastique, tout comme Natalie, qui venait chaque jour.
Avril 2025Tout d'abord, Jahelle, notre concierge, a été INCROYABLE à tous points de vue et a réellement enrichi notre expérience. Nous ne la remercierons jamais assez ! Quant à Natalie, notre gouvernante, c’est une véritable perle – elle fait un travail remarquable et est d’une grande gentillesse. Les vues sont à couper le souffle, encore plus belles que sur les photos ! Nous étions quatre couples et avons trouvé l’espace parfait pour profiter ensemble tout en ayant notre intimité quand nécessaire. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci !
