Located on the heights of Orient Bay, the villa offers a breathtaking 180° view of Orient Bay, Anguilla and St. Barts in the distance.
In the heart of a 24-hour secure residence, and although secluded, the villa is only a 3-minute drive from the famous Orient Bay beach, restaurants, bars and stores. You are also a short drive from the fantastic culinary scene of Grand Case, or the beautiful beach of Anse Marcel.

Property
This magnificent, newly renovated, fully airconditioned contemporary four-bedroom villa is the perfect place to vacation in St. Maarten and enjoy the island life. Upon entering the villa, the incredible panoramic view dazzles with the tropical mountains and the endless blue sea and sky. It includes:
- The master bedroom overlooking the pool has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi
- The other two poolside bedrooms each have a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower
- The fourth bedroom, located in a separate bungalow, a few steps from the main house, offers privacy and a beautiful ocean view. It has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, its own terrace and a small kitchenette.
- A spacious and open living and dining room with views of the pool and ocean. With ample seating, this large room is ideal for spending time with friends and family, as well as for entertaining
- A fully equipped kitchen with an island where you can prepare your meals or have them prepared by one of our recommended chefs, while enjoying a beautiful ocean view
- A covered outdoor dining area, located just steps away from the kitchen, is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches or dinners during cozy times with family and friends
- An infinity pool
- A large open terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing by the pool

Service was amazing. Anthony was the best! He made sure we got every reservation we needed and set up our rides every time. Anthony is hands down our best concierge we’ve had! And we do private Villas 2 times per year. He’s an extremely talented and important asset to your team.
Août 2023The Villa looked exactly like the pictures, it was gated so we felt safe and the neighborhood was ducked off. It’s about a 30 min drive from everything but didn’t feel like it, we booked Gilbert as our private driver and he was AMAZING. We had trouble with keeping one of the rooms cool so try to keep the doors shut and curtains closed. The housekeeper comes everyday and she does a great job. Chelsea helped with so much and anytime we needed something, she was quick to respond! Definitely worth the money. Thank you so so much!
Août 2023Excellent experience and lovely property! Nathalie was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed her services. Stephen was very helpful when we had a few minor issues. Unfortunately I had most of our stay planned, so I didn’t need Anthony’s help as much. But he still stayed engaged and helped us anyway he could.
